Residents must provide a 30-days notice before vacating the room. The date of joining will be considered as the due date. Advance will be refunded only after a minimum stay of 3 months. Staying beyond the due date will incur an additional month’s rent. Electricity charges must be paid along with the monthly rent.

If the rent is not paid by the due date, the resident must vacate the hostel after clearing all dues. If there is no response within one week from the due date, the management will clear the belongings from the room and reassign the bed. Failure to pay EB charges on time will lead to disconnection of electricity.

Residents are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property and must compensate accordingly. The management is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. Visitors are not allowed inside the premises. The hostel main door will be closed at 10:30 PM. Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Staying in the hostel without opting for food is not allowed. Rent is non-refundable once the resident checks in. Rooms must be kept clean and tidy.

For any non-staying period, the full month’s rent and EB charges must still be paid. Residents who are unable to return before 10 PM or stay out overnight must inform the management through mail, SMS, or phone. Those going on leave must notify the management with the dates of departure and return; any changes must be informed separately. Food charges will not be deducted from the monthly rent for non-staying or leave periods.
